DictaMed was created for Australian doctors who want a faster path from consultation to a clear, review-ready clinical note.
Doctors can dictate or capture a clinical conversation, review the complete transcript and context, then choose Fast Track, Emergency or Ward Round for the clinical note. The practitioner remains responsible for checking and transferring the final document into the authorised medical record.
Temporary by design
DictaMed has no permanent patient directory. Encrypted clinical drafts automatically expire within 24 hours and can be deleted sooner.
Practitioner reviewed
Transcripts and notes remain drafts until a practitioner checks them and copies the final content.
